We’re so excited about National Thinking of You Week. The special event is being run by the Greeting Card Association to “highlight the power of the card” and has asked Kate of Love Kate's Cards & Gifts, to spread the word and think of something fun to kick-off the week. We think it's a great idea.
‘When I heard about the GCA’s new special week I wanted to get involved straight away. We’ve got over 50,000 customers at Kate’s and I get some really lovely comments telling me how much giving cards means to them. The event’s a chance to show how important getting a card is to people.’One customer told Kate after receiving her Luxury Pop-up card:
'The card arrived on time. Was well packed. It turned out to be a real success with my Mum who has kept the card. Great alternative to a bouquet of flowers, Mum thought it really unusual and spent a long time admiring it. Very pleased with the purchases, would buy this product again and would be happy to recommend both the Pop-up card and Kate's to other people that are looking for an unusual card for any special occasion...'
'My cards build a bridge over which my personal thoughts can travel. Receiving cards, for me, is like receiving waves of love. As for sending particular cards I like the large Pop-up cards, but I also like sending cards and gifts when the people I love least expect it. I just like letting them know I am thinking of them all the time and not only on their birthdays, or Christmas. As for your personal service, it's excellent. I live abroad so sometimes if it is getting close to a special occasion and I don't have time to post a card from here, I know I can purchase a card or gift from Kates Cards and she'll write my special message for me so that my card, or gift to my loved ones will always arrive on time...'
‘I want our customers to take part in the event so I’m saying that if you order seven cards, that’s one for every day of Thinking of You Week, I’ll send you a voucher to spend at Love Kate’s next time,' says Kate Malt founder of Love Kate's.To make it even easier to take part Kate's going pick out her favourite cards and feature them in “Kate’s Special” on the front page every day.
